Thank you for doing business with us! In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your product, and you wish to exchange or return your product, here is what you need to know. We are happy to accommodate returns of styling tools within 14 days of your purchase; however, all purchases made with a coupon code or on sale are nonrefundable.

• Only new and unused styling tools may be returned or exchanged.

• Products from the Hair Care categories are final sale.

• Only items purchased directly from the Sleek’e site can be returned for a refund.

• All items purchased on sale cannot be returned.

• Shipping fees are not refundable.

• There is a Processing Fee of $15USD for all returns.

• Sleek’e does not provide return labels.
