How long does it take to process my order?

We process orders within 24 hr after they've been placed on weekdays. Sleek'e team doesn't work weekends (good rest is important!) so orders placed after 12 PM on Friday will be processed Monday.

What shipping options are available?

We send with USPS and FedEx depending on the items you ordered and the area you live in.

How is shipping cost calculated?

We have 2 flat shipping rates. $5 for items under 1 lb, $8 for items over 1 lb. Orders over $79 ship free. 

International shipping is $35 flat fee.

Canceling or editing an existing order

You won't be able to cancel or edit an order manually. Please contact us at contact@sleekehair.com immediately after you spotted a mistake in your order or changed your mind. We will cancel or edit the order for you. 

"Label created, not yet in the system" tracking status

This usually means two things: USPS didn't scan your package yet or your order is still waiting to be picked up by the carrier. If you see this status for a long time (3-4 days), feel free to shoot us an email at contact@sleekehair.com. We will investigate that for you.

"Delivered" tracking status, but package is not received

Sometimes the tracking information will show that the package has been delivered when in fact it has not been because the mailman scanned it too early and the package is still inside the truck. Allow up to 3 business days for the carrier to complete his delivery, even if it shows delivered on their website. If after that time, you have not received it, please contact us at contact@sleekehair.com.
